Looking to save us from the purgatory of sim racers, they have delivered Split/Second, an arcade racer with a hefty dash of destruction mixed in. The last milestone of the genre, Burnout Paradise, came out nearly two and a half years ago, and since then we fans haven't had much to play. Arcade racing games have had a tough time lately.
